Refund Policy

We refund the money to our customers as per their request within 15 business days after reviewing the complaint. If the customer request for refund after 30 business days, we refund 50% of the fees. We refund 100% fees when our customer request for refund within 15 business days.

Notification of Changes

We may change this policy from time to time. If we decide to change this policy in a material way (for example, a change regarding disclosure of Corporate or Personal Information), we will post notice of the change on our site(s) and notify you via e-mail at the address you have provided to us or pop-up screen at least thirty (30) days before putting the change into effect. If we decide to change our policy in a less significant way, we will simply post notice of the change on our site(s) at least thirty (30) days before putting the change into effect. If any proposed change is unacceptable to you, you may, as discussed in the section above (Changing and Removing Corporate or Personal and Other Information), request that we remove your Corporate or Personal Information from our records.

Depending upon the changes and further depending upon your request for those changes MAY result in forcing us to close your account or cancel your contract. As a Corporate client, please note that you pay for your services on the FIRST BUSINESS DAY of the month that you are currently operating in. As such, this WILL RESULT IN YOUR LOSS OF PAYMENT FOR THAT MONTH. However, your contract will actually end on the last day of the month in which you make request for said cancellation of services. This same policy shall hold true for our INDIVIDUAL customers.

Every bit of data stored in one center is simultaneously stored in the other secure server center
